This forum has been formed for you, the people who work on ramp and passenger services, to actually have a say in the conditions in which we work in. Aerocare has no union and hence we do not have a platform from which to improve out existing conditions.Before you register, please do not use your real name in the event of reprisals. By remaining confidential we can all be open and honest.The aim of this forum, is to emphasize to management deficiencies in the way staff are treated and the means in which operations are conducted. This will be done by a petition that will be sent to upper Aerocare management. Failing that, confidential reports may be filed to third party organisations such as Work Cover, The Australian Workers Union.I must emphasize that our actions must not endanger existing contracts with our airlines. If anything, our actions will improve our relations with them in the long run.
